At Adora Childrenswear, we want you to be delighted with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Shoe boxes must be returned in protective packaging to avoid the shoe box being damaged
To return an order, please complete and follow the instructions within the returns form provided with every order
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items returned after 14 days
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Socks, tights, or hair accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty) are eligible for an exchange or credit note only
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.
Exchanges
We offer size and product exchanges subject to stock availability. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at returns@adorachildrenswear.co.uk and we’ll guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
All full priced UK purchases are eligible for Free Returns. A label will be provided in your parcel in the case that you want to return an item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the item bought is on Sale or has been delivered to an International address. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Please note that if you qualified for Free Delivery with orders over £50 and then return an item bringing that order below the threshold, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly.
