RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Adora Childrenswear is now closing down and all stock has been significantly reduced and priced to clear.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

All items purchased in store during our closing down sale are FINAL SALE. We are unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or unwanted items.

Please ensure you are completely happy with your purchase and sizing before purchasing.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

ONLINE PURCHASES

All online items are being sold as part of our closing down clearance and are priced to clear. We will not offer returns or exchanges beyond customers’ statutory cancellation and consumer rights.

Where you have a legal right to cancel an online order, you must notify us within the applicable statutory cancellation period and return the goods in accordance with the requirements of that right.

Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected.

Please ensure that you read the product descriptions before purchasing which contain sizing information 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ORDERS ARE PHOTOGRAPHED BEFORE THEY ARE PACKAGED AND SHIPPED OUT  

STOCK AVAILABILITY

As we are clearing our remaining stock, quantities are extremely limited and stock discrepancies may occasionally occur.

If you place an order for an item that is subsequently found to be unavailable, the unavailable item will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund for that item to your original payment method.

By placing an order with Adora Childrenswear during our closing down sale, you acknowledge that all stock is clearance stock and that our usual returns and exchanges policy no longer applies, except where required by law.
