WHAT IS CLEARPAY?

Clearpay is a payment service that lends customers a fixed amount of credit to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 4 automatic instalments every 2 weeks, without any interest. Late fees may apply 

 

HOW DO I USE CLEARPAY?

Just shop and check out as normal. At checkout, then choose the Clearpay payment method. You will then be directed to the Clearpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa/Mastercard). If you’ve used Clearpay before then you just need to log into your account. Then complete your order and it’s that easy. Please note, that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Clearpay  

 

CAN I USE CLEARPAY IF I'M AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?

We now accept payments with Clearpay if you’re a customer in Australia, Canada, Spain, France, Italy, New Zealand and the USA

 

HOW DOES THE CLEARPAY PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?

Clearpay customers always have to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining 3 payments are taken automatically every 2 weeks from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional payments before they are due then you can log into your Clearpay account and make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount outstanding accordingly. You can log into your Clearpay account at anytime to view your payment schedule or to make an early payment

 

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE AN INSTALLMENT?

As soon as you miss a payment, Clearpay will immediately stop you from making further purchases with Clearpay.

Clearpay will give you until 11pm on the following day to make your repayment and then you will incur a late fee if you are still not able to make a payment by this time.

The late fee will be £6 initially and a further £6 if the payment is not made within 7 days.

If your order is less than £24, the total fee will be £6. If your order is £24 or over, total late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order or £24, whichever is less

 

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED?

Items bought using Clearpay are delivered within our normal delivery times. Please see our Shipping and Returns section for information

Items bought on PRE ORDER will be shipped when the items are available in store. Please note that you will start making repayments immediately

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH CLEARPAY?

Returns will follow our standard returns process. Please see the Shipping and Returns section for information how to start a return.

Upon acceptance of a return, we will issue a refund to Clearpay and then the refund will be available in your online Clearpay account
