USA & Worldwide Delivery £25.00 (7-12 working days)
Free Standard UK Mainland Delivery on orders over £50
Free Standard Delivery for EU and Worldwide on orders over £150
Orders made by 12pm Tuesday to Friday will be dispatched the same day
Please note that we are closed Mondays
(Sonata and pre orders will be sent within 24 hours of us receiving them in store)
We use Royal Mail or UPS to send all parcels
Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery for all orders
Tracking is available for UK Next Working Day and International delivery only

Returns 
We are super confident that you will love your purchase from us but if for whatever reason you may want to return, we offer our customers 
Free Easy Returns on all UK Mainland purchases

Our returns policy is strictly 14 days from the date of delivery

*Please note that we only offer one free returns label per order*

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the garment tags still being attached

We do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear, socks or tights
.
Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will only notify you if the return is rejected
.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days
.
Unless the item is deemed faulty, original shipping fees will be deducted from your return
.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t yet received a refund after 5-10 working days have passed, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Sale items are not eligible for a refund. We will offer either an exchange or a credit note to be applied to your account. Sale items are also not eligible for Free Returns

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We accept exchanges but can only offer an exchange if the item is in stock
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.
